Lissa Forehan, M.A.
Athletic Enhancement Specialist

Lissa Forehan has worked for over 10 years with athletes of all ages and at all levels, individually and with teams, on developing and enhancing their athletic performance by training mentally. She has conducted research with various age groups as well, to test the effects of visualization on athletic performance. The results of her research combined with her personal training of athletes have contributed to the design of this C.D. Lissa has also raised two sons that  played Division I basketball and it was through the many years of parenting that the powerful effects of visualization became her interest. Lissa has received numerous degrees in the field of psychology and conducts workshops, personal and team consultations and teaches various courses in the field of sport psychology. Her credentials and experience are quite extensive and the combination of her educational background, research and working with athletes and her sons have revealed the invaluable importance of training the mind and its powerful results in helping an individual reach their full potential.


Patti Leviton, M.A.
Patti is a Certified Hypnotherapist and has a private practice in California. She is a board member of the American Holistic Health Association. She is the author of two books on Guided Imagery, and through her own experiences of surviving cancer, lectures extensively on the power of imagery to heal body, mind and spirit. She facilitates many cancer support groups for hospitals, and together with her husband, conduct a certification program, training people to become Guided Imagery therapists. They also facilitate weekend workshops on a monthly basis (see www.synergyseminars.com) and have produced over 30 tapes and CD's of guided imagery experiences, addressing issues from physical healing to personal empowerment.
